Mr. Hammond is a Chief Executive Officer with recognized ability to recruit, develop, and manage top performance marketing, sales, and development teams. He is uniquely able to recruit experienced executives and form them into the organizations required for start-up technology success. With extensive operational, business, and technology depth, he has played a pivotal role in the successes of both Intel and IBM Corporation in the diverse areas of software and silicon product development, $50M+ M&A activities, laboratory creation, business development, technical marketing, and production engineering. He is a frequent consultant to startups for technology, organization, and funding needs, specializing in technology research and development, M&A, engineering, program management, and executive leadership. He also has strong technology background in Web Services/XML, datacenter focused technologies and operations, networking infrastructure, wireless technologies, and wired communications protocols both internal and external to client/servers. His formal training includes an MBA in startup development and leadership, a Program Management Institute (PMI) degree, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He holds six U.S. Patents with several others in process.
Mr. Lenahan has over 25 years of business management experience with a proven track record of starting high tech companies, as well as managing the development of, and launching of, successful products both for his companies as well as for Fortune 100 companies. Besides co-founding three startups and raising over $13M in venture funding, he has managed the development, launch and support of database, software, chipset, board and systems products with budgets exceeding $35M using local and global personnel resources. In addition, he has held management positions with extensive financial responsibility in everything from small startups and medium-sized ($500M) companies up to Fortune 100 companies and has been on multiple Boards of Directors. His formal training includes a Masters in Physics and Project Management certification (PMP). As a result of his extensive background, he has a deep understanding of the pivotal role financing and M&A activities can have in a company’s life.
